What this bill does

Prohibits a manufacturer or third party acting on behalf of a manufacturer from restricting the acquisition of drugs under the 340B Drug Pricing Program (340B Program). Prohibits a manufacturer or third party acting on behalf of a manufacturer from requiring a covered entity to submit data as a condition for allowing the acquisition of drugs under the 340B Program. Requires certain covered entities and drug manufacturers participating in the 340B Program to annually report information to the Health Care Authority.
