What this bill does

Increases the lifespan used to calculate school bus depreciation payments from 8 to 10 years for smaller buses and 13 to 15 years for larger buses. Removes federal grants and rebates used for bus purchases from school bus depreciation payment calculations. Reduces the combined maximum enrollment for students participating in running start from 1.4 to 1.2 full-time equivalents. Limits funding for the Transition to Kindergarten (TTK) Program to the amount specified in the omnibus
