What this bill does
Dedicates 0.1 percentage points of the 6.5 percent state sales and use tax rate into the Multimodal Transportation Account. Modifies and makes new fund transfers between accounts used in the operating, capital, and transportation budgets. Changes the timing of repayments related to sales and use tax deferrals for the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and State Route 520 Bridge Replacement projects.
