What this bill does
Increases a variety of transportation taxes and fees, including a $0.06 per gallon increase in the state fuel tax and then indexing the rate by inflation. Imposes a luxury vehicles tax, an electric bicycle surcharge, and a large event transportation assessment. Makes a variety of other resource-related changes and modifies a variety of transportation policies.
