What this bill does

Authorizes funding for certain waived municipal utility connection charges to come from sources other than general funds, grant dollars, or other identified revenue streams for properties owned or developed by or on behalf of certain providers of emergency shelter, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, or affordable housing in a county east of the crest of the Cascade Mountains with a population of greater than 500,000, if the waiver is conditioned upon requiring the developer to record a covenant that includes certain restrictions related to use, price, and household income limits.
