What this bill does

Increases the cost of a Discover Pass from $30 to $45. Increases the threshold at which biennial Discover Pass and Day-Use Permit revenue is distributed evenly amongst the State Parks and Recreation Commission, Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Department of Natural Resources. Makes other changes related to accessing state recreational lands.
