What this bill does
Requires student, faculty, and staff identification cards issued at public institutions of higher education to include contact information number of a regional community-based organization focused on survivors of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and sex-based and gender-based violence that provides 24/7 support. Establishes additional requirements to the list of rights for survivors of sexual assault. Prohibits institutions of higher education from proposing, requesting, or pressuring a student reporting sexual misconduct to enter into a nondisclosure agreement.
