What this bill does
Revises pupil transportation allocation and vehicle reimbursement formulas to include vehicle types other than school buses. Applies the qualification requirements for school bus drivers to drivers transporting students in Washington State Patrol-inspected school vehicles other than school buses. Excludes student transportation vehicles with a capacity of 10 or fewer persons from the definition of school bus and related requirements under the Uniform Commercial Driver's License Act.
