What this bill does
Expands the types of personal information exempt under the Public Records Act to include information maintained by an agency which can be used to distinguish or trace an individual's identity such as a person's age, residential addresses, a person's place of birth, a person's location or precise geolocation data or GPS coordinates, government-issued identifiers, and consumer utility data.
