What this bill does

Expands the scope of transactions that qualify as a material change triggering the state's 60-day notice requirement for certain health care market transactions. Pauses covered transactions for 30 days following a request from the Attorney General for additional information. Authorizes the Attorney General to enter into and modify memoranda of understanding with specified state agencies to facilitate data and information exchange. Requires the Secretary of State to revoke certain health care market participants' nonprofit designation if specific conditions are met.
