What this bill does
Exempts from public disclosure complaint-related records and files maintained by the Office of the Education Ombuds (OEO). Exempts from subpoena and other compulsory process, with specified exceptions, individually identifying information obtained by the OEO in connection with a complaint. Requires the OEO, upon written request, to provide the complainant with access to the complainant's own complaint, subject to redaction of specified information.
