What this bill does

Authorizes county auditors to develop voluntary property title protection programs that can delay the recording of a document that purports to transfer ownership of real property for which a fraud protection instrument has been recorded. Exempts the recording of fraud protection instruments, and of documents releasing such instruments, from certain recording fees.
