What this bill does

Permits the adoption of ranked choice voting (RCV) in elections for offices in counties, cities, towns, school districts, fire districts, and port districts until December 31, 2032, and establishes certain requirements for RCV ballot design and vote tabulation. Requires jurisdictions that adopt RCV to provide educational materials for the public and pay implementation costs.
