What this bill does

Grants Attorney General's Office (AGO) investigators limited authority to investigate certain criminal activity. Requires a judicially authorized search warrant before an AGO investigator has the authority to serve a search warrant on a business. Prohibits AGO investigators from being armed or detaining or arresting individuals.
