What this bill does

Establishes a sentencing alternative for defendant survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking, and authorizes the sentencing court to impose the sentencing alternative or a reduced sentence on a qualifying person. Authorizes sentencing courts to resentence a person and vacate a person's record of conviction on the basis that the person is a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking.
