What this bill does

Creates the Burrowing Shrimp Research Program (Program) within the Department of Agriculture (WSDA). Requires the Director of the WSDA to establish a Program governing board comprised of individuals representing entities with knowledge, expertise, or a vested interest in shellfish aquaculture. Creates the Burrowing Shrimp Research Account.
