What this bill does

Revises requirements for notices of opportunity to compete to purchase a mobile home park or manufactured housing community (MHC). Modifies notice of closure requirements for MHCs. Allows tenants who receive relocation assistance from an outside source to receive the maximum amounts of assistance under the Mobile Home Relocation Assistance Program.
