What this bill does

Requires a landlord to provide two years' notice for closure or conversion of a manufactured/mobile home community (MHC). Requires a landlord to provide a written notice of opportunity to compete to purchase when selling or leasing an MHC. Establishes requirements and procedures that landlords and qualified tenant or other eligible organizations must follow for the purchase and sale of an MHC.
