What this bill does

The Department of Corrections is directed to study and develop a plan for wild horse training and development of a farrier program at Coyote Ridge Corrections Center. The plan will evaluate training methods, facilities, property, and financial opportunities for the program. A report assessing the implementation needs will be due November 1, 2023.
