What this bill does

Authorizes the Attorney General to investigate and bring actions against law enforcement and corrections agencies for violations of the Washington Constitution or state law. Requires the Attorney General to confer with the United States Department of Justice and avoid conflicts. Requires the Attorney General to develop and publish model policies.
