What this bill does

Authorizes the issuance of $1.1 billion of bonds for the location, design, right-of-way, and construction of highway projects. Authorizes the issuance of $400 million of bonds for certain Move Ahead Washington projects, with unanticipated construction-related cost increases. Increases the existing bond authorization for State Route 520 corridor projects by $500 million. Repeals certain remaining bond authorizations.
