What this bill does
Codifies the Governor's Office of Indian Affairs (GOIA) as a cabinet agency of the Governor and sets forth GOIA's duties and responsibilities. Requires GOIA to provide an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature that details its operations, activities, programs, and services.
