What this bill does
Prohibits early learning providers and school district employees from collecting information or documents regarding immigration or citizenship status of students or their family members. Prohibits early learning providers, school districts, institutions of higher education, health care facilities, adult family homes, and county auditors' offices from allowing immigration enforcement officers to enter nonpublic areas of those organizations' premises without a valid judicial warrant or court order.
