What this bill does

Allows certain private laboratories to perform blood or breath tests for impaired driving offenses. Allows a local government to accept donations to access private laboratory testing. Allows a city or county to transfer evidence to a private laboratory if the Washington State Patrol is reimbursed for the costs to transmit the evidence from the State Toxicological Laboratory.
