What this bill does

Requires the Electric Vehicle (EV) Coordinating Council (EV Council) to direct its Industry EV Advisory Committee or an EV Council ad hoc committee to provide guidance and recommendations on actions to reduce EV charger property crime in Washington. Requires the EV Council to submit the committee's findings, recommendations, and a description of the committee's activities as part of the EV Council's annual legislative report.
