What this bill does
Establishes that for binding site plans, commercially zoned property includes property that is zoned to permit or conditionally permit any multifamily residential uses. Provides that a local government is not prohibited from extending project permit deadlines for any reasonable and certain period of time specified and mutually agreed upon in writing by the applicant and the local government.
