What this bill does

Prohibits weapons at certain park facilities at which children are likely to be present, certain state or local public buildings, and certain county fairs and county fair facilities, subject to various exceptions. Requires the perimeter of specific weapon-restricted areas be posted at common public access points as soon as practicable to alert the public of the existence of any law restricting the possession of firearms on the premises. Extends and adds certain exceptions to area-based weapon restrictions.
