What this bill does

Removes setting specific and medication specific requirements and restrictions on nurse delegation. Expands liability and retaliation protections for nursing assistants and home care aids performing delegated tasks. Requires the Board of Nursing to adopt rules by July 1, 2028, to address appropriate nurse delegation parameters.
