Eliminates references to the Department of Personnel and designates the Office of Financial Management (OFM) as the agency to liaison with agencies in matters related to supported employment. Removes references to expired temporary prohibitions on wage increases and performance-based awards for certain state employees and obsolete temporary salary changes. Removes references to the expired temporary grant of authority to executive branch elected officials to voluntarily reduce their salaries.
