What this bill does

Requires the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), in the event of an emergency, to immediately suspend tolling on facilities that could be reasonably construed to be an evacuation route, until the WSDOT determines such a suspension is no longer necessary to facilitate an evacuation.
