What this bill does
Exempts small middle housing common interest communities from most WUCIOA provisions. Exempts middle housing common interest communities from the WUCIOA reserve study requirements, if specified conditions are met. Disallows governing documents of a common interest community to vary from the WUCIOA on the subject of financial responsibility for electric vehicle charging stations and heat pumps, with the effect that only the owner of an electric vehicle charging station or heat pump exclusively serving the owner's unit bears that financial responsibility.
