What this bill does

Requires the Department of Social and Health Services, whenever it is notified that a residential habilitation center (RHC) is out of compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements, to provide notice of the noncompliance and certain other related notices to each resident of the affected RHC and additional designated persons.
