What this bill does

Requires several tax incentives for alternative jet fuel (AJF) to take effect no later than July 1, 2031. Modifies the carbon intensity pathway for AJF under the Department of Ecology’s (Ecology) Clean Fuels Program by requiring Ecology to apply a carbon intensity for electricity supplied to an AJF manufacturing facility in a specified manner.
