What this bill does

Revises provisions of the Uniform Business Organization Code addressing entity filings, annual reports and license fees, and requirements for foreign entities doing business in Washington. Revises requirements for the Office of the Secretary of State relating to trademark registrations, international student exchange visitor placement organizations, and authentication of signatures on documents.
