What this bill does

Authorizes electronic delivery and acceptance of self-service storage facility rental agreements, including automatic acceptance of contracts with occupant's continued use. Provides for specific processes and timeframes for when an owner of a self-service storage facility may deny access to a storage unit or sell stored personal property in the event of nonrenewal or termination of a rental contract.
