What this bill does

Prohibits a manufacturer or a distributor or third-party logistics provider of a manufacturer's drugs from restricting the acquisition of drugs under the 340B Drug Pricing Program (340B Program). Prohibits a manufacturer or a distributor or third-party logistics provider of a manufacturer's drugs from requiring a 340B Program covered entity to submit data as a condition for allowing the acquisition of drugs under the 340B Program.
