What this bill does

Creates a local law enforcement grant program to be administered by the Criminal Justice Training Commission. Creates the supplemental criminal justice account to disburse appropriated funds to qualified cities and counties. Authorizes a new local 0.1 percent sales and use tax for criminal justice purposes.
