What this bill does
Prohibits the performance of a declawing procedure on a cat, except for therapeutic purposes. Establishes fines for the unlawful performance of a declawing procedure on a cat. Establishes recordkeeping and reporting requirements for veterinarians performing declawing procedures on cats.
