Pushes the expiration date for the Sunset Act out 20 years to June 30, 2045. Requires that resources dedicated to program reviews are proportionate to the size and complexity of the program's budget. Requires the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee (JLARC) to consider, when developing its biennial work plan, whether a planned review that is part of a mandated, recurring study would provide the Legislature with new or additional information. Requires that JLARC review the Department of Natural Resource's upcoming sustainable harvest calculation for 2025-2034 regardless of pending litigation against the calculation.
