What this bill does

Eliminates certain inactive accounts. Makes the Department of Commerce responsible for authorizing expenditures from the Down Payment Assistance Account. Creates the Fern Lodge Maintenance Account, the Primary Care Workforce Development Account, the Inflation Reduction Elective Pay Account, and the Clean Fuels Credit Account.
