What this bill does
Requires the Office of Public Guardianship to contract with public and private entities to provide decision-making assistance services, prioritizing certain adults who are receiving care in a hospital. Makes various revisions throughout the Uniform Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Other Protective Arrangements Act.
