What this bill does
Allows the board of an association or any unit owner to amend their governing documents to remove an unlawful restriction based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or other personal characteristics. Adopts many of the most recent amendments to the Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act and codifies them into the Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA). Makes additional amendments to the WUCIOA.
