What this bill does
Establishes the following programs within the Department of Transportation: The Paratransit and Special Needs Grant Program; The Public Transit Ride Share Grant Program; The Freight Rail Investment Bank Program; The Freight Rail Assistance Program; and The Bicyclist and Pedestrian Grant Program.
