What this bill does

Establishes the scope of which employees are eligible for collective bargaining at the Legislature. Provides that the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) has jurisdiction over certain matters related to collective bargaining at the Legislature, including determining bargaining units. Establishes other provisions related to: (1) mandatory and prohibited subjects of bargaining; (2) unfair labor practices; (3) deductions for dues; and (4) other procedures and limitations related to collective bargaining at the Legislature.
