What this bill does

Requires a manufacturer or distributor and a dealer to have a manufacturer/dealer agreement in place before being authorized to sell new recreational vehicle's (RVs) in Washington. Establishes regulations and provisions that must be included in the manufacturer/dealer agreement. Establishes obligations for warrantors of RVs and RV parts, components, and accessories. Provides for civil dispute resolutions, mediation, and relief for manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and warrantors injured by another party's violations.
