What this bill does
Assigns additional tasks to the Billy Frank Jr. National Statuary Hall Selection Committee, and modifies its membership. Permits the use of state general funding to supplement the Billy Frank Jr. National Statuary Hall Collection Fund to fund the creation and installation of the replacement statue. Designates March 9 as Billy Frank Jr. day.
