What this bill does

Eliminates the sentencing enhancements for involving a minor in a criminal street gang-related felony and for certain controlled substance violations committed in protected zones. Removes the requirement that a court order multiple firearm or deadly weapons enhancement to be served consecutively. Removes the restrictions on partial confinement and earned early release for all sentencing enhancements.
