What this bill does

Adds the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Secretary of State (OSOS) to the list of individuals who have the power to perform any act or duty relating to the OSOS. Authorizes the Assistant Secretary of State, Deputy Secretary of State, and Chief of Staff to have signing authority.
