What this bill does

Establishes certain requirements for selling and issuing pet insurance, including the use of defined terms and required disclosures. Prohibits certain marketing practices for pet wellness programs. Requires pet insurers and insurance producers to be licensed and receive appropriate training before selling, soliciting, or negotiating a pet insurance product.
