What this bill does
Directs Educational Service Districts and the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) to jointly establish a regional apprenticeship pilot program with one site each in Eastern and Western Washington. Allows student enrollments in the program to be funded up to 1.2 full-time equivalents. Directs the OSPI to provide program reports to the Legislature in 2026 and 2028.
